I have a solid background in project management with more than nine years’ experience in the livelihood sector. In my previous position as the Projects Supervisor , I was responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating projects according to predetermine timelines and budgets. Now in my new position as Private sector recovery coordinator, I have better chance to implement my professional skills and share my experiences with MSMEs to help them sustain their businesses during hard times and help them draw their recovery plan and resilience activities. One key aspect of my job experience is accountability for project results and objectives. Apart from that, project schedule and breakdown structure to estimate effort required for each task are daily routine of my job. I possess impeccable monitoring and evaluation skills with knowledge in using the best means to keep track of people and progress of projects. My attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills ensure that every project I work on is done accurately and to the highest possible standard. My verbal communication skills and positive attitude makes me an effective communicator with my project team.
