He has a background in Human Resource Management with 4 years of experience, two of which he occupied a managerial position as Head of Business Development/Hr. This in turn enhanced his leadership skills while enabling him to understand people’s perspectives and how to efficiently motivate them. He has experience in leading a team and coming up with innovative solutions, which was demonstrated during his time at Mop&Shine Investments Ltd, where he was tasked by the CEO to oversee the induction of 86 employees and manage over 300. He is seeking a Human Resource, Business Development or Personal Assistant position in a team oriented organisation that encourages creativity and innovation. He will strive to efficiently lead teams, creating an environment that encourages synergy with the aim of achieving organisational goals and quarterly targets.
