I’ve been applying my personal love for languages, research and communication into creative writing and translation, for design projects and classes in the Education market. My Product Design and Makerspace background (in Brazil) helps me see clearer paths into the development of any idea or task, and taught me not to settle for easy solutions, but to promote impact and improvement in any
challenging scenario.
It has been a little over a month that I’ve moved into Belgium with my fiancée and started my residency authorisation request, therefore I’m currently in search of an opportunity to do great work remotely, that allows me to improve my French and achieve new personal goals. Makerspace Teacher & EdTech Technician
I’ve taught classes of Creative Tech, Programming and Design Thinking to students aged 7-14,
and shared the coordination and maintenance of the Makerspace, counseling the school Direction
with matters such as interdisciplinary projects, equipment investment, class engagement and
eventually designing inclusive materials, gifts and tutoring students with their personal projects. The classes happened in a hybrid format, therefore the projects were both physical and virtual, demanding great adaptability skills and organization. I had also access to a Laser cutter & engraver machine and a 3D printing machine.
