Integral part of the pre-opening of the 5-star hotel which opened in April 2024.  Managed hotel’s IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operation across all departments.  Responsible for the projects’ installation of PMS (Opera), CCTV system, access points, fire system panel, TV network, key card system, PABX and sound systems.  Facilitated in the setup of OXI with PMS to enable seamless data exchange across systems.  Installation and troubleshooting of the equipment in the hotel.  Implemented cybersecurity measures and trained staff on its importance.  Led the optimization of PMS and POS: o Setup of room configuration, rate codes, user access controls and key card interface. o Setup of POS machines in all relevant areas. o Conducting staff training to improve adoption and usage of the system. o Troubleshooting and coordinating with Opera team to ensure operation ran efficiently.  Coordinated with other local vendors to ensure project deadlines were met.  Implementation of SOPs and security to provide high security.  Provided support to colleagues on site and remotely for efficiency in work.  Oversaw implementation of other departmental software: o MYOB for Finance o Time attendance device for HR  Carried out other departmental tasks: o Preparing budget for the hotel to be presented to the owners and head office. o Submitting attendance records of employees and preparation of the salary bill. o Setup and management of hotel OTAs: booking.com, Expedia, Agoda  Implemented an organized culture in the department by ensuring targets are met in the given time.
