• Performing manual testing on website or mobile apps • Create a test plan • Run test plan (run the manual test for uncovered test cases or failing test cases on automation test) • Plan, develop and execute test strategy across Ruangguru products and platforms. • Maintain test cases (including adding or updating test cases) • Reporting bugs • Report and investigate bugs during development phase • Create UAT document • Participate in UAT with development teams to ensure the product meet the expectation • Prevent any bug appearances on production by found them all in test phase • Work closely with development teams in instrumenting their workflow to build a comprehensive picture of velocity, coverage, quality, and production health.
