I am working as a Deputy Manager “Commercial & Customer Service Department” at Dy-Chroma (BD) Limited (Agent of Archroma Singapore PTE Limited) since March 2021 to till date. During this period I have introduced with a new department like Customer Service Department(CSD) along with commercial activities. Major areas of responsibilities are as follows:
Major Responsibilities:
Received various products query from different customer for quoting price and availability of stock.
Negotiate with customer for price confirmation.
Asking for price approval from the principals and Issues indent/PI with the customers after getting approval.
Confirm new order to the principal and shared related indent for arrangement of product stock.
Communicate with different plant to ensure delivery as per customer demand.
Following up with the customer for LC copy and provide approval for transmission of LC.
Following up with our principals for confirmation of stock, shipment plan and shared with the customer.
Following up with other CSD team of Principals for vessel schedule and shared with customer.
Following up for shipment advice, copy documents as well as original shipping documents.
Following up with the local forwarder of shipping line for updating vessel status and informed to the customer.
Always in close contact with the customer to ensure acceptance and payment.
Maintain customer data and report the management as required.
Maintain customer wise price list as per their products.
Maintain Liaison with shipping line, local forwarder and ensure better service for the customer.
Maintain customer wise monthly, quarterly and yearly statement as well as report to the superior as required.
Maintain sales related monthly, quarterly and yearly statement as well as report to the superior as required.
Scrutinize all statement of principal and provide consent for final draft.
Scrutinize all income related invoice and provide approval for bank transfer.
