As an Accounts Officer under ERP Environment I oversee and direct all daily activities within the AP department. Provide leadership, drive process improvements, ensure transactions are recorded and analyzed in a timely and accurate manner and in accordance with KTML policies. Ensure all month-end and year-end closing activities are followed and performed accurately and timely. Responsibilities at KTML under ERP environment include, but are not limited to: • Financial Statements (Balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow statement) • Bank Reconciliation (Monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and yearly) • Supplier Reconciliation • Advanced Microsoft Excel • Bookkeeping • Invoicing & Billing • Financial Analysis • Cost and Management Accounting • Auditing • Financial Accounting • Financial Projection(Monthly, semi-annually and yearly) • Budgeting • Corporate Finance • Investment Appraisal • Data Entry(Virtual Assistant)
