• Review and comparison of past manuals with current ones in order to update them. Such manuals are aimed at citizens for guidance in the management of the digital platform, as well as to function as a guide for citizens in the resolution of their doubts / problems with the processes of the platform.
• From direct contact with citizens, specifically with the population with deficiencies in education and difficult access to technology, I was able to identify the main bottlenecks in the principal processes of the digital platform. Based on this analysis, I proposed an innovation in the updating and creation of manuals aimed at the population; Similarly, I voluntarily suggested improvements in the design of the digital platform for a more accessible use of technologies and reduce recidivism in specific questions and problems by users.
• I proposed an implementation of satisfaction surveys for the most vulnerable populations. And with this to be able to bring new technologies closer and also expand access to scholarships and services.
