I am the leader of over a dozen Front of House workers. I organize, schedule, and lead meetings, established par numbers and regularly ordered supplies, manage pre-orders and plan deliveries, create and maintain agendas and routines for employees, take calls and voice mails, develop beverage menus and beverages, analyze product costs and profits as well as updating prices, and communicate with and between departments.
