Frank Cahill is a Milwaukee-based animator and illustrator who has earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts, with a focus in Film, Video, Animation and new media genres from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2020. He is inspired by illustrators such as Kim Jung Gi, Karl Kopinsky, and animation directors, such as Satoshi Kon, Mike Judge, and Christopher McCulloch. Currently, he is working on an animated short that seeks to adapt the western genre of film into a sci-fi, world-building narrative where he assumes the role of director, animator and sound designer; which will be a part of a larger exhibition of other film works from his peers.
