Why Are My Biscuits Doughy Inside?
One of the most frustrating outcomes when air frying frozen biscuits is pulling them out only to find the center raw or doughy. This usually happens when:
The temperature is too high, browning the outside too fast while leaving the inside undercooked.
The biscuits are too close together, blocking airflow.
No preheat was done, delaying interior cooking.
Fixes:
Drop the temp by 10°F and add 2–3 minutes to the cook time.
Always check internal temp (190°F is perfect).
Add a few drops of water to the air fryer tray to keep the heat moist and consistent.
