i assess, advise and lead teams to accomplish their technological initiatives from a
company-wide and strategic perspective, interacting either with external or internal
customers. Depending on the assignment, I may work leading Project Managers with
individual projects belonging to a Program, or on a strategic project directly with different
teams. In my work, I assist to plan, prioritize, and collaborate during execution of tasks, while
managing risks, dependencies and making sure that appropriate progress is made towards
milestones. I collect data to convert it into information and insight for reports, that differ
based on the targeted audience (Project teams, counterparts, stakeholders, Sr Leaders and
Executives, Finance and others). I regularly work as the link among business, development,

implementation of Sabre products to improve customers business and operations. Efforts
were hosted in SaaS, PaaS, GCP, AWS and locally. I utilized Agile or Cascade
methodologies depending on the needs. and relied on following or building processes,
collecting the necessary information to be informed about progress, I continuously tracked
execution towards milestones and reported to team members, peers, and stakeholders.
