About

I'm Gaetano Bosso, a Sound Engineer and Producer from Barletta (Puglia), I was born in '93. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Music Technologies for Commercial Music from the University of the West of Scotland in 2020, specializing as a producer and sound engineer. Among my first experiences, I worked at MAT Laboratorio Urbano (Terlizzi, BA), as a freelance sound engineer for the recording and mixing of two album. In January 2020 I founded my recording studio 14 Strings Recording Studio in Barletta (Puglia). I cover the role of producer, mixing & mastering engineer, and session musician. The studio also offers social media management, music distribution and promotion services for artists. I had different experiences in the advertising field, producing jingles for companies. I am a highly motivated person and I have a spirit of sacrifice. I am able to work both in a team and alone, I am not afraid to face and solve any problems that may arise in the workplace. I am a person open to dialogue and ready to find a meeting point with customers. I have acquired complementary knowledge to my work, such as the use and management of social media, the use of video editing programs such as Premiere, I also deal with digital distribution. Music evolves all the time and we can't be left behind.

Since 2019 I have created my own working reality, the 14 Strings Recording studio. I work at my recording studio as a producer, mix and mastering engineer. The studio has an intense and well-curated social media advertising activity through Faceboock and Instagram. The studio engages in social media marketing to help artists sponsor their work on social media.

Freelance Sound Engineer

I worked as a freelance sound engineer at REH, the recording studio of MAT Laboratorio Urbano, in Terlizzi (BA). I was in charge of the whole process, from recording the audio to finalizing, through to mixing and mastering. I produced a medieval classical music album for Giovannangelo de Gennaro and an experimental / free jazz album for the Mediterraneo Radicale Orchestra.
