I was in the call centre for an Office Automation company. My department was Copiers and scanners. I would handle all problematic calls. Because of my Good customer service and loyalty towards my customers, I was moved to the corporate side. I was then given the task of resource scheduler as well. what that entails is. I would still take calls from the customers. but now I had access to their devices on-site. I could now log in and see if there were any problems. from Troubleshooting to the consumables that as running low. I would arrange for the technician to attend to the problems and order the consumables for the customer to be delivered. I would follow up daily till the customer was satisfied. when I received any alerts for consumables, I would contact the client to see if they need me to supply them. After the lockdown in South Africa and we could finally go back to work. there was a financial loss, we went on to another CRM package and my contract was ended.
