My name is Sofia, I am from Costa Rica. I have experience in the financial area in Data Entry, invoice processing, Accounts Payable, Customer Service. I am looking for a second job, I am an analytical person, I am used to typing without seeing the keyboard, I studied administration, typing, English, Excel and I am studying accounting. Data Entry and Invoice processing
I am working on data entry in the accounts payable department, I enter information into the system that matches the pdf that is the customer's invoice where I create it in SAP, entry: Invoice number, quantity, total, subtotal, gl code, cost center, supplier name, legal entity, invoice description, payment method, invoice data, currency, Purchase number, addresses. I have to enter that information and verify if it is the same information that I entered in the system that is completely the same, if it is not the same, for example, the name of the supplier, address, amounts, there are different types of rejections or different types of hold can be used to be able to process the invoice. I have special suppliers of Tem, Vat only, Tax invoice, suppliers from Italy, Africa, information is entered but it has different guidelines to follow to be able to complete it in the system. Enter information in excel reports. I have to be in contact with the client through chats, I also resolve the cases put on hold and then complete the information according to what the provider requested.

Enter supplier information, addresses, legal identity, incoterms, dtp, total, subtotal, invoice number, classification number that is done through taric code, each pdf is reviewed to enter as400, it was processed with a limited time for each invoice. If something did not comply, you had to follow the dtp according to what the rules of each country adhered to
