About
Hi, my name is Genevieve Kula, and I am a freelance virtual assistant, with experience in administrative tasks and office management. My background in the administrative field also involves freelance writing, content writing, and content creation. I am fueled for understanding how to improve and assist the world of administration because it can be admin. I consider myself a well-diverse being, and always stay teachable, with the experience that I have conquered over the years, I do not know everything and knowledge improves each day. My hunger for knowledge and determination to turn information into action has contributed to quitting my 8 - 5 because I realized that there is a bigger scope in that I can assist others worldwide. I am proud to say that at the age of 25, I have been my successor and I have been fortunate enough to learn from very experienced and highly educated members of society who is always older than me, and being the youngest in the room is not always ideal but it came with a lot of knowledge and wisdom that I can apply to my own life today. I believe mindfulness in the workplace is key to success. I am very eager to spread my wings and learn tasks that do not include admin, hence I enjoy writing, garden work, yoga, hiking, meditation, and everything to take your mind away from the busy world that we have today. I feel like everyone should have a hobby or interest that takes their focus away from business every once in a while, to keep their sanity!! Administrative Officer
I was hired as an administrative officer for the company. My duties included the following but were not entirely limited to them: - Handling personnel databases and payroll. - Maintaining and organizing meeting schedules for the CEO and COO of the company. - Rental reconciliation and facilitating payments through EFT and cash payments. - Ensured customer client by handling day to day office related affairs. - Creating reports and memos for managers and senior-level officers as needed. - Attend meetings and record notes and messages for managers and senior-level officers. - Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mail.
