- Assist in building and distributing a knowledge library of HR resources
- Assists HR team leaders with planning and rollout of HR programs and initiatives.
- Collaborates with Friendship’s Finance team and school-based leaders to support time and attendance management and payroll processing.
- Manage weekly New Hire Orientation for all new employees that is onboarding.
- Multi-tasking different work duties, emails, and phone calls
- Conducting a large amount of phone calls daily
- Complete weekly and bi-weekly payroll, including adjustments when required, effectively utilizing HR/Benefits.
- Develop and implemented HR processes, FMLA, and other LOA processes and recruiting procedures, including classification of positions, job postings, interviews, and applicant tracking system.
- Work closely with recruitment when onboarding new hires with our recruitment system ICISMS.
- Effectively on-boards and off-boards all team members ensuring all team members receive and complete vital onboarding tasks prior to employment; distributes and analyzes exit and intent to return surveys
- Assist with employment verifications for old and current team members; also update the employment verification tracker for our records
- Assists in responding to team member relations issues and assists in conducting investigations promptly and effectively.
- Assist with leave administration including but not limited to: schedule leave request, informational meeting; update leave of absence tracker.
