With over twenty (20) years as a teacher at secondary and university levels, and the last ten (10) of those as a coach, mentor and servant leader, I’m a continuous learner, agile thinker and goal-oriented person with a growth mind-set who has many years of experience in coaching, leading, supporting and mentoring teams diverse / cross-functional teams in the implementation of Scrum best practices for optimal output.
