Dealing with the management of projects from collecting the requirements to the UX
and design work, from the definition of the offer to the organization of tasks for the
development team. I am always in contact with the customer to advise him and guide
him in the realization of the project. I interact and talk with every team member,
motivating them and looking for new ways to improve the standards.
