For more than 7 years I have held different jobs that have made me grow. In my professional career, I have worked in a variety of industries, from customer service to technology. My first job was as a Marine First Aid Instructor. Later, I was a customer service and tour guide for a major hotel chain known as the Palladium Hotel Group. Some time later I was promoted to the reception area, months later I was promoted to supervisor.
I studied business administration at the Universidad del Caribe (UNICARIBE) which has allowed me to have great skills such as planning and organization, customer service, mail management, appointment scheduler, bilingual with experience in electronic commerce, managing industries , Decision making, Communication and teamwork,
I am an exceptionally hard worker who has always demonstrated a tireless work ethic. From an early age I know the importance of working hard and being responsible, which has led me to develop a professional attitude.
