New vendor set up-working with vendors to ensure that all the necessary paperwork Ensuring that purchase orders and invoices have supporting documentation and approvals Working with vendors  To ensure that the field can get the items they need  To restrict the purchase of items they are not supposed to have  Accuracy of invoices and payments  Follow up and research issues regarding the invoices received from the vendor. Reconciliation of POs and payments Insuring separation of duties is strictly enforced between PO creation, invoicing and payments.
