New vendor set up-working with vendors to ensure that all the necessary paperwork Ensuring that purchase orders and invoices have supporting documentation and approvals Working with vendors  To ensure that the field can get the items they need  To restrict the purchase of items they are not supposed to have  Accuracy of invoices and payments  Follow up and research issues regarding the invoices received from the vendor. Reconciliation of POs and payments Insuring separation of duties is strictly enforced between PO creation, invoicing and payments. Releasing payments and sending payment remittance to vendors Investigating, following up and providing support documentation for B2C credit card disputes- documenting findings and flagging customers as needed. Supporting and supervising other back-office responsibilities:  purchase order reconciliation  BSAM credits for B2B payments  internal tire transfers  the creation of purchase orders for non-work order related expenses.  FNA rejections Insuring separation of duties is strictly enforced between PO creation, invoicing, and payments. Couching to teammates of new processes such as the issue tracker and new vendor setup Working with systems and accounting/finance to create stable and sustainable processes. Locating and bringing visibility to issues/problems and creating problem solving and time saving solutions Providing/creating automation and flow processes to help support sustainable processes as we mature Providing reporting to leadership for visibility Ongoing support and couching for processes/systems/flows that have been created Working with the Audit Findings to insure we are working in the correct direction to meet those goals Working with Training and development team with the Predictive index Behavioral Assessment readbacks. Working with Accounting/Finance for EOM numbers
