I am 44 years old. I have more than 11 years of experience working and handling Aviation Fuel, Df-2 and MOGAS in India and Abroad. More than 9 years of experience in Afghanistan in Dyncorp International and NCS FUEL providing services to US Army and Nato forces under LOGCAP IV and NSPA contract. Fuel distribution system operator/ Farp Operator
Responsible for Hot refueling all US Military Choppers in accordance with ATP 3-04.94 Army technique publications for forward arming and refueling point. Hot refueling Aircrafts like Chinook-(CH-47), Apache-(AH- 64), Black Hawk- (UH-60) and S-61. Marshal the Aircrafts to designated pads for the refueling operations. Responsible for making bills using Electronics Hand Held machines using ISAF ID provided by NATO to keep the accountability of fuel. To keep monitoring the quantity of fuel through VFMS ( Varec Fuel Management System ). Responsible for receiving, storing and issuing fuel on daily basis in the tanks and keep the inventory of the fuel stocks in accordance with FM 10- 67-1.Perform the 3643 form and checks them after customer fills and information regarding Tail number of helicopter and unit id. Make daily reports of received, issued and stored in tanks. Keep the enough stocks for supply and demand. Gauge of tanks after end and start of shift.Performing daily FOD checks on the pit and surrounding areas to avoid any accident and reduce the hazards. Performing line checks on start of shift and also on hourly check on the System to make sure there is nothing leakage from joints.Perform operational preventive checks and maintenance services on all filter separators, fuel pumps, storage bags, nozzles, fuel meters, hoses, valves etc.Responsible for appropriate storage, removal, recording and reporting of Hazmat and waste fuel generated.Performing Aqua Glo Testing, Millipore, SWD ( Shell water detector), Conductivity, API and gravity testing, temperature and visual Fuel Sampling in accordance with FM 10-67-2 fuel testing manual MIL STD 3004 D to make sure the product quality is of the best standard to be delivered to customer.Operate pumping systems to circulate fuel.

Receiving Fuel and Issuing Fuel from Bulk Fuel bags keeping proper safety concern basis in accordance with FM 10-67-1 Military Standards. Upload and download trucks at receiving and issue points. Guage of Bulk Fuel Bags at the start and end of operation. Keep the inventory of stocks and generate daily reports of fuel issued, received and stored. Refuel civilian and US Army trucks and generators. Using personnel protective equipment’s . Comply with all safety procedures such as grounding and bonding before refueling. Accountable for all daily fuels issued on the appropriate military form 3643 and gauge daily tanks to estimate of fuels. Perform the operational preventive checks and maintenance services on all filter separators, fuel pumps, storage bags, nozzles, fuel meters, hoses, valves etc.Responsible for appropriate storage, removal, recording and reporting of any hazmat and waste fuel generated.
