Designing and implementing HR policies and procedures that comply with the labor laws and industry standards. This include creating employee handbooks, contracts, codes of conduct and health and safety guidelines. Managing the recruitment and retention of gym staff, trainers, instructors, and members. This involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, evaluating, rewarding, and terminating employees as needed. Administering the compensation and benefits programs for the gym staff, trainers, instructors, and members. This includes setting pay scales, negotiating salaries, managing payroll, offering incentives, bonuses, discounts, etc. Developing and coordinating learning and development initiatives for the gym staff, trainers, instructors, and members. This requires organizing workshops, seminars, webinars, certifications, courses, etc. to enhance their skills and knowledge. Monitoring and improving employee engagement and satisfaction among the gym staff, trainers, instructors, and members which involves conducting surveys, feedback sessions, recognition events and team-building activities. Handling employee relations and grievances that may arise among the gym staff, trainers, instructors, and members.
