I am dynamic and creative, I am able to perform tasks that required strong focus and detailed orientation, for instance when I was working as call center representative I developed strong communication skills and great use of the Internet which I had to use on a daily basis, will do everything to help the members with their issues.
I also posses strong analytical skills being able to provide feedback on any subject, as I have done when I was going through my training, I was able to identify what the training needed to improve in order to have better results. And when I went to college analysis played a big role since we needed to make design determinations based on the data collected.
I am self oriented and hard working, I love to exceed expectations and go above and beyond in order to provide the best service. Thank you
