Jet fuel operation coordinator: -offering the most competitive prices and reliable refueling services -receiving the fuel requests from the clients by email( AntonovAzurAir-Ukrain Airlines-Roial Flight -Nord Wind and private VIP f light), -entering the requests in aviation programs(Awery-Air Total). -applying the requests to the supplier who will serve the aircraft in the country which it will reful in and Liaise with that supplier by telephone and emails to make sure that all arrangements will be in place for smooth refuling and inform the client with statues of refuelling by email or telephone also. Ground Handling operation coordinator: provides end-to-end ground handling solutions and cover every aspect of this requirement from landing to parking and overhauling to takeoff. Permits coordinator: Liaise with the Civil Aviation Authorities (CAA) across the globe and get from them the permit number (overfly permit-landing permit and technical stop permit) who allow the aircraft to across the airspace of the country according to the flight plane and check the aircraft officials certificates ( Airworthiness certificate -Airworthiness review certificate -Noise certificate -Radio certificate -Insurance certificate Pilot license -Medical certificate) to make sure that these certificates are valid befor appling the request of permit to CAA (Civil Aviation Authorities).
