Our journey began when the owner, a Career Firefighter with 20 years of service, was diagnosed with PTSD after a call involving his wife, a police officer, while both were on duty in 2018. From this crucible of pain emerged Heroic Thread, formerly known as Engraving Unlimited, not merely as a business venture, but as a vital part of our owner’s journey toward healing.
