I have a very good analytical intelligence. Since I know the software and the industry very well, I can model the problem very well in a way that the programmer can understand, and I can even code it myself when needed. My human relations are very good due to my job. I think I did well to understand the problems people experience in production and to offer rational solutions in a way that they can understand.
