• Processed and opened accounts such as Instant savings account, foreign booking accounts (Dollar, Pounds and Euros), and current accounts among others.
• Vetting and ensuring documents provided by customers are verified and signed off by branches. compliance with the relevant laws and regulations
• Assisted the Account Maintenance team to update clients’ accounts as per current laws and regulations. My team and I supported the account maintenance team to update customer’s details with the Ghana card information on Ebox. My team and I had to me come on weekends to work on this project.
