1.Manage the CEO’s daily routine and make sure his busy schedules are well-planned and work done efficiently.
2. Receive phone calls and emails on behalf of CEO and BOD members, screen and arrange the appointments as needed.
3. Plan and arrange the meetings, take minutes, follow up, and report back to the CEO.
4. Assist the BOD members, senior management, and all the staff from the cross-department to successfully carry out their tasks and meet the object as per CEO instructions.

8. Work with the Finance director to analyze the transactions used by CEO and BOD members
9. Work dynamically with external stakeholders (including customers, partners, government organizations, universities, NGOs, etc)
10. Do translation and interpretation as needed.
