Hello, my name is Ibrahim Essam Rifai, and I am a highly motivated and accomplished professional with experience in several industries. I was born on September 8th, 1996, and I am from Egypt.
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Alexandria University, and I am proud to say that I achieved an overall grade of "Good" during my studies. My career began in 2014 when I worked at Braya for Transportation, where I gained valuable experience in customer service and operations. Since then, I have worked in various positions, including team leader at Careem, supply agent at Careem/Alexandria, and data entry agent at Callblade.
Currently, I am working as a sales representative at Englease, where I have been for the past 5 months. In this role, I am responsible for driving sales and building relationships with clients. Prior to that, I was a manager at Agyal Hotel, where I managed a team of employees and ensured the smooth running of the hotel's daily operations. I also managed Cinderella Palace Hall, where I oversaw the organization of events and managed a team of employees.
Throughout my career, I have gained experience and skills in sales, data entry, customer service, operations, logistics, management, and Microsoft Office and Excel. I am always eager to learn new skills and have completed various training courses, including "Build a sales strategy for your freelance business" and "Data Visualization in Tableau Course." I am fluent in Arabic, advanced in English, and have intermediate skills in French.
