I have been working as a test lead for the past eight years at companies. My responsibilities include managing the testing team, planning and executing test cycles, leading the testing process, and reporting on the status of the project. I also work closely with the development team to ensure that we are all on the same page and that our goals are aligned.
My experience has taught me how to manage people effectively and how to get the best out of them. I have learned how to motivate my team members and how to keep them focused on their tasks. I have also learned how to deal with different personalities and how to handle conflicts when they arise.
