Currently I work as remote Customer Service at Bitrue Crypto Exchange which is located in Singapore. My another experience was Customer Service of Bank BNI Syariah in Indonesia for 2 years. Two of my work experiences provided me role to serve customer, solve their problem and did KYC analysis. As remote customer service in Bitrue I am hands on skill on Zendesk, zentao and shendeng to check the customer data so I am able to investigate the problem better.
