About
Hello, I am Imran Khan from Bangladesh. I took my graduation and post-graduation in English Language and Literature from Jahangirnagar University, Bangladesh. Currently, I am working as an Assistant Professor of English Language and Literature at Central Women’s’ University, Bangladesh. Bengali is my mother tongue. Hence I have proficiency in both English and Bengali. I have been working as a freelance translator, creative writer, online typist, proofreader, and interpreter (English to Bengali and Bengali to English) for approximately 10 years. I am a regular translator for translaiondirectory.com, onehourtranslation.com, and Language Solutions. I translated 'Rohingya Newsletter', a monthly newsletter published by Save the Children. World Vision, an international organization, hired me to translate a training guideline for strengthening family bondage. I worked with the Bangladesh Government too on a government project. The laws and policies of Jessore municipality were translated by me. Recently, BRAC, one of the largest NGOs of the world, has introduced a new teaching method called KUMON financed by the Japan Government, intended to teach English to secondary and higher secondary students. I have translated the project for High School students. Besides, I have translated Buddhi Bikasher Golpo (Stories of Intelligence) into English, a children’s book originally written in Bengali for Frankfurt Book Fair 2018. Very recently I have translated the subtitles of the famous TV series Two and a Half Men from English to Bengali, for the outsourcing organization EQHO, based in Thailand. All my projects were accepted without any complaints. I will deliver your articles on time and will be happy if you select me. I hope you won't regret hiring me.
