About
Telecommunications has always been a passion for me for many years. However, with the vision of being a people manager for the past 8 years and moving to the Netherlands in 2019, I am very ambitious in terms of delivery and project management in IT areas as well as Data Center Management. The best sentence that would describe me is, I am an aspiring servant leader who keeps pace with the introduction of relevant agile/lean tools and techniques and removes obstacles and blockers that might get in the way of delivery and project. A little more about me: I established my own company in the past, I have been successful, but working in 2 companies and making 2 jobs did not work at the same time and I closed it. With an idea that was never thought before, I received an award at Turkcell and I was selected for a special 2-weeks entrepreneurship course. My team in Vodafone Turkey was awarded in Luxembourg with the best 4G Roaming footprint. It was the 1st Roaming award for Vodafone Turkey. I have been very successful in every company I have worked for and have always been awarded with the highest performance scores. Last but not least; I still have a lot of ideas that keep me busy and I hope my life would be enough to make them happened!
