I talk to the patients on the phone and give them virtual visits. I explain to them their blood work results as well as I tell them precautionary measures to avoid damage in the future. Moreover, I counsel the patients and ask them a few question to rule out any worsening of symptoms. I have excellent speaking skills, I scored 8.5 bands in Ielts speaking module. Therefore, communicating with patients wouldn't be a problem.
