Ishmael Roland Kamara is a social worker with 8 years Reasonable experience, he is a Youth Empowerment Activist, Entrepreneur, Social Innovator, Libertarian and Human rights Advocate His passion is to empower people and help them reach their full potentials, he has worked for different National and International Organizations and strive hard to go beyond expectations. His Academic field of study is Education. He started his Professional career in social work in 2012 as a Cluster Coordinator which lasted until 2016; he moved to work at YMCA-SL Organization as a Regional Youth Program Coordinator He served until 2018 in this position. and later worked with the Youth For peace and Security Africa Organization as a Deputy Country Director.
