I have worked as a translator in different areas. First, in my current job. I work for a trucking company and there are Spanish speakers who don't speak English. Whenever they have any issue and they need to talk either to the Accident and Claims dept or any other department for assistance (Only English), I have to help them translate in real time to those departments what the drivers are saying and vice versa.
I also worked for a company called LBP Translations. There, I translated calls from Latin inmates located in United States Prisons. They sent me the audios and I translated them using a form created in Microsoft Word.
