Main responsibilities were to reception the reservations and guests, to make sure that everything in rooms are alright. Further more, every problem guest have had I would have to solve them. Beside of the previous responsibilities I had also to manage the cleaning ladies for the shifts, take track of condition of 25 rooms. Also I was the Manager of the New Years party organization, I took the reservation of 250+ people, make the structural table place plan in restaurant etc. Problem solving was again in the field of responsibilities I had to do in order to keep everything and everyone function. In that process I manage the hole team in Hotel, Wellness and Fitness centar. Instagram page was ran by me also. I made the posts, reels and the stories on the Canva, create a text content and make sure that each sponsored post reaches the appropriate audience. *Also, the process of selection of the new employee for my job when I resigned was directed by me. I created the Job ad, had telephone interview with each person who applied for the job, than proceed with job interviews in person. After I interviewed all the apllicants I gave a recommendation to director of the Center

In our faculty the specialisation we prefer are chosen in 4th year. Mine prefered specialisation was Industrial psyhology, and the courses has been constructed in the way that we have had a lot of practical assignments, cause our professors really now what we gonna need in real job and they really care about it. So, without any furthering the assignments we had was: 1. Analysis of relevant data and informations about jobs, necessary knowledge and abilities, responsibilities and other requirements necessary for the performance of a certain job. 2. Creating a Job Advertisment 3. Preparing for Recuritment Processes 4. Creating various tiypes of questions for Job interview accoriding the Job analysis we did previously 5. Job interview simulations with use of interview strategies as a HR recruiter 6. Scenario simulations of Onboarding new employees 7. Creating and realisation HR Training plan for specific topic. Beside of previous mentioned, we had a lot of knoweldge presentations by the people in very big and succesful companies such as Simphony Digital or Hemofarm. Cause our profesors knows that the practical knowledge is very importnat. I was also in a PR team of faculty in wich we had an appoitments with Brianstorming methods for ides for Open door day for the Faculty.

Sports recruiter My big love is Sport so I chose to have a Mentroships sports practise while I was in 4th year of my colledge. Time I spent doing this practice was 3 motnhes and by that time I listened many therapy sessions with high profile athletes. Mine main assignment was process of selection young athletes. First step of selection process was giving them the various test for Motivation, personal history of previous sports they trained etc. After that we entered data into SPSS statistic program and preformed the analysis in order to establish which athelet is more likely to continue to play sports and possibly be better than others.
