I have years of experience being a Lead Generation Specialist and Appointment Setter. I used to work for a multi Billion IT company wherein my role was to set up appointments to different CEO's or decision makers of different companies for the sales team. As a Lead generation Specialist, my tasks includes cold calling and do some research on the companies' CEOs or decision-makers contact information for email marketing and help the sales team find qualified leads. I use LinkedIn, company websites, Google Search, Facebook pages, and other social media platforms in gathering company information. I have cold calling experience of B2C & B2B markets either to set up appointments for the sales team or making sales pitches to target leads or prospective clients. I was able to work as a Customer Service Representative for several years for Telecommunication companies in the United States. I also have an experience as an account manager for a third party claims company in the UK. I use HubSpot to store leads details and transactions etc. My main task was to send email to the CEOs of different car rental companies and send daily reports to my client.
