About
Hi my name is Jainice , you can call me Jai for short. I’m from California but not where the waves are lol. My favorite hobbies are cooking and creating scented body butters and soaps. I have been employed with Cutter Law , a personal injury firm for 3 years as an Office Assistant. A typical day as an office assistant consist of providing above and beyond customer service making all clients and potential clients feel warm and welcomed. We handle a lot of highly sensitive cases so it’s important in my role to remain empathic and patient as clients share their cases. I distribute mail through our firm and throughout the building to other offices. I handle office tasks such as but not limited to copying, filing, fax, scan and email for attorneys, legal assistants, legal secretaries, paralegal etc. I send out welcome and rejection letters. My favorite part of my position is taking on the special challenges that the attorneys assign to me. Some of those special projects are mass mailings, binders, medical records, mailing important documents. Well ! That’s a little about myself and I look forward to hearing from you soon. -Happy Holidays Jai
