I'm a current training store manager in the retail industry. I am also the hiring manager for out district. I have 6 years of management experience and 8 years of strong customer service experience. I am very well-spoken, easy to work with in a team setting, have an excellent sense of business acumen, and have the ability to lead a strong team while providing necessary coaching along the way. I have the lowest turnover rate out of 14 stores in our district. I work especially well under pressure and am always able to meet deadlines.
