Currently, I work at Ibex Global Inc. I've been there for almost a year. My account is fedex . I work as customer service representative. We are assisting our clients from US to track their packages, and if the packages are delayed or lost we are helping them to resolved it by creating a cases either package research or disputes delivery. Working at the BPO Industry is a big help for me to develop my customer service skills.
Before working at Ibex global Inc. I worked as preschool teacher for 7 years. As a preschool teacher, I really developed my customer service skills like talking to the parents of my students and give them feedbacks about the their kids daily improvement in academics.
