I’ve been working as Laboratory administrator for almost 2yrs. Being a team leader I handle 14 employees in our department both admins and encoders. Aside from administrative task like coordinating with out clients and quality control in the system, I also help with the Standard Operating Procedures in the laboratory if theres a DOH inspection and coordinating with our third party waste collector. (KLAD)
