I have been in BPO industry for 12years. I worked with JPMorgan Chase and Co as a Disputes Analyst. Previously, I was part of the Back Office Team from another company handling emails and chat support. I was also tasked to do outbound calls to talk to Merchants and Clients. I am an expert in handling the Zendesk tool, and the SalesForce tool for creating tickets and solving them in a timely manner. I was once tasked to assist agents as a Subject Matter Expert on a financial account specifically a prepaid debit card. I was once part of a team wherein we do troubleshooting and help customers resolve their computer technical issues. With that being said, my experience and knowledge would serve as my edge over other applicants. I believe that having a positive attitude, and other essential skills like attentiveness, calmness, persuasiveness, time management, and patience will make me succeed in this kind of industry. I am always willing to learn and will fully familiarize myself with the product or campaign in order to provide the best possible support to clients and customers.
