I have experience in front office duties, such as check-in, check out, reservations, call center duties, concierge service, rooms controller, and personalized customer service, and executive personal assistance. My experience in Hospitality is my pride because I have worked in the best hotels in the Caribbean, with great teammates always learning new things each day and sharing what I learned with time and effort. I am proficient in managing multiple priorities and improving our opportunity areas. I was trained in administrative coordination and logistics between departments, negotiation, conflict resolution, sales, travel and reservations management, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to display strong self-initiative and support my teammates. I am the type of person that always aims for perfection but recognizing that we have opportunity areas and work hard to be better, and in the last four years, I have had the opportunity to arrange at least once a year; a three months trip to the Netherlands and learn from different cultures because traveling has been the most rewarding experience.
