I have experience in front office duties, such as check-in, check out, reservations, call center duties, concierge service, rooms controller, and personalized customer service, and executive personal assistance. My experience in Hospitality is my pride because I have worked in the best hotels in the Caribbean, with great teammates always learning new things each day and sharing what I learned with time and effort.
