First off, My name is Joanna Joyce Barrientos, born and raised here in the Philippines I have more than 9 years of experience in the BPO industry, I have done Team management including but not limited to Human Resource, Operations management, Property Management, Maintenance Coordinator, Mortgage Underwriter, Real Estate Listing and Leasing, Underwriting, telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting, and several social and website management. I'm also a seasoned Virtual Assistant with advanced knowledge on Hubspot and so you can call me your all-around VA since I have done most anything in terms of outsourcing. I have knowledge of several CRMs such as GoHighLevel, WordPress, Podio, Salesforce, Gorgias, Shopify, Geekseller, Asana, Slack, Zendesk, GoDaddy, Freshbooks, Lauch27, WordPress, Walmart, Hubstaff, Hubspot, JET, Mojo, Podio, and many more. As for social media tools I have used Canva, Hootsuite, and Buffer with the skills I acquired all through the years I am very trainable with less supervision. My home office is well equipped, I have a very fast internet connection, USB headset, and all the equipment the job requires plus a quiet and secure environment. As for sales, I was able to help my previous employer reach and hit the target market that they aim for and was able to help stabilize income. 1. Operations Manager Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. Oversee daily business operations and administrative functions. Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure efficiency. Coordinate cross-functional teams (finance, HR, logistics, etc.). Manage vendor relationships and contracts. Prepare operational reports for senior management. Lead and support process improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations. 2. Transactions Manager.
