For the past five years, I have served as a supervisor, leading a team and ensuring high standards of service, all while based in Thailand.

I am proficient in various property management systems, including Amadues, Opera and Zoho, and have extensive experience with other OTA tools. My responsibilities include managing guest inquiries, processing reservations and cancellations, billing invoices, and fulfilling special requests.
