This role requires expertise in real estate consultation, community operations, and waterfront lifestyle advising. Core Responsibilities: Handle complex property inquiries including comparative analysis of available homes versus vacant lot purchases with new manufactured home installation. Qualify leads by assessing age requirements, waterfront lifestyle interest, and financial readiness for lot ownership with city utilities. Process detailed questions about specific properties on Renn Drive and Yacht Club Way, referencing current PDF listings and coordinating follow-up with property managers. Advise on Okeechobee Waterway navigation, lock system access to Lake Okeechobee, boat storage regulations, and fishing opportunities for bass anglers. Explain the 134-nautical-mile waterway connecting Gulf of Mexico to Atlantic Ocean and its significance to boating residents. Interpret and communicate HOA governance including assessment structures, lawn maintenance services included in membership, clubhouse reservation procedures, pool usage policies, and storage facility availability. Address questions about member rights, voting procedures, and community rule enforcement. Guide prospective snowbirds and full-time residents on lifestyle considerations including proximity to Fort Myers beaches, West Palm Beach, and Fort Lauderdale. Provide intelligence on local fishing, hunting, golf courses, and live music venues within the region. Manage technical support for residents accessing the member portal, downloading MHYC forms, reviewing financial information, and locating meeting minutes. Troubleshoot login issues and direct sensitive inquiries to appropriate board members or management. Conduct discovery conversations with prospective clients to understand their boating experience, retirement timeline, seasonal versus year-round residency plans, and specific property preferences. Capture lead information and schedule property tours or phone consultations. Requirements: Demonstrated experience in real estate live chat or retirement community sales support. Knowledge of manufactured home communities, HOA operations, or waterfront property markets strongly preferred. Understanding of Lake Okeechobee region, Florida boating culture, or 55+ lifestyle communities is advantageous. Ability to shift between consultative sales conversations and operational problem-solving. Proficiency with CRM systems, chat platforms, and document sharing tools.
