I love travel, coffee and chocolate. I have a passion for technology that began at 14, programming video games on my Atari 130XE, I have built a career grounded in over 22 years of IT excellence. My extensive experience spans Infrastructure, Networking, Support, Blockchain, Cybersecurity, Compliance and Cost Savings where I’ve led key initiatives such as data center upgrades, Dell imaging rollouts, and large-scale ISP migrations, website migrations, Salesforce implementation, Call Center dialer upgrades, Mobile App, Software Development, ERP upgrades and IT Expense Reductions, saving $3.4M in expenses in 2023/2024 alone!
In addition to managing complex IT hardware and software projects, I’ve led Construction project teams through the expansion from 22 to 82 massage clinics across Canada and upgrading hardware in 100 corporate hair loss centers across North America, as well as data closet & data center hardware refresh projects.
Over the past few years, I’ve expanded my skillset to focus on Data, Reporting, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). This transition has been underscored by my work in developing innovative AI solutions and launching award-winning AI training programs.
My dual MBA program, alongside certifications like PMP, SMC, MCP, DCSE and ITIL, provides me with both the strategic insight and technical skills necessary to drive innovation, optimize performance, and deliver business value in today’s rapidly evolving technological landscape.
