I’ve got over five years of experience in customer service, along with a strong background in computers and software. I’m big on communication and take a lot of pride in getting things done right and efficiently. I’ve worked in both retail and automotive roles, where I’ve built great relationships with customers and kept things running smoothly. Right now, I’m working on my Associate’s Degree and studying to renew my CompTIA A+ certification.
